What we collect

When you submit an enquiry through this website we record the name, email address, telephone number and organisation you give us, the message you write, the page you sent it from, your IP address and your browser's user agent string. The last two are kept for abuse prevention only.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, to quote for work you have asked about, and to keep a record of what was agreed. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not pass them to third parties except where we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for as long as the commercial relationship needs them, and are deleted on request unless we are required to keep them.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry records are held in an access-controlled system available only to Jobyte staff who need them.

Your rights

You may ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the address on our contact page.
